Each phase will include 465 megawatts of solar capacity, with an 80 megawatt/160 megawatt-hour battery energy storage system. Phase two is estimated to begin construction a year after phase one.

Construction of a new solar facility near Provost that will be able to produce 300 MW of power, and a 200 MW battery energy storage system. The project was announced on November 3, 2022. The location on the map is not exact.

Proposed construction of a 278 MW solar project located south of Caresland, along Highway 24 in Vulcan County. The project will also see a 200 MWh battery system integrated into the project. The project was approved by the AUC on November 7, 2022.

The Pihew Waciy Wind Project proposes to see 34 wind turbines erected on land southwest of Kehiwin Lake that will produce an estimated 130 MW of power. The project is seeking approval from the Alberta Utility Commission.

Project proposes to cap the Clover Bar Landfill, which was closed in 2009 and to upgrade the landfill gas collection and flare system. The Government of Alberta has provided a $10M grant for the project. The project was proposed in November 2022.
