The H2 & FC EXPO event is a major component of World Smart Energy Week, a renewable energy exhibition that includes a wide range of renewables including—wind, solar, battery, photovoltaic power generation and other clean energy solutions. It is the largest hydrogen and fuel cell exhibition in the world, attracting upwards of 100,000 visitors to Tokyo every year. The H2 & FC EXPO attracts numerous attendees not only from Japan, but also from key international players in the clean technology sectors within the Asia Pacific region including Korea, China, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, India, and Malaysia.

The Government of Alberta is collaborating with the Canadian Hydrogen Association to provide Alberta companies with access to booth space within the Canadian pavilion, a B2B program and networking events.
